Rental includes preparation and cleaning of the pool and pool area beforehand, barbecue area, gazebo area, the entire grounds!

 

This rental includes:

• 1 hour set up by renter

• 6 hours for the event

• 1 hour clean up by the renter

• 6 large round tables and 40 foldable chairs in white available for your use. * by request 

• 3 large patio heaters

• 1 elegant large stainless steal cooler on wheels for your beverages with 3 bags of ice in it.

• One fire pit by the Gazebo area

• Bathroom located in the studio

• Make up up area/ changing room in the studio

• Barbecue area (no full kitchen included with the rental- please arrange catering for your event if more intricate cooking is needed).

It includes one elegant (large)  stainless steal cooler on wheels for your beverages with 3 bags of ice in it, 3 large patio heaters and one fire pit by the gazebo area. Bathroom located in the studio area, as well as 1,000 sq ft of covered space in the studio itself.  
Office area with make up area available, props to be gently used during rental also included such as cake stands and some decor. See images for more information.


Full bathroom, a handy vacuum cleaner, baby changing station, fold out bed/couch, and photo backdrops available as well!

 

The 8 hours should include your set up, the use of the space and your clean up time.

You will be charged $300 if you leave the space messy or not clean after leaving the premises.

A card will be left on file for expenses.
